When you have made your decision to buy a property, we will arrange to have you taken to a lawyer who will produce a contract between yourselves and the vendor and the deposit will be paid and recorded.(normally 10%)

The lawyer will apply on your behalf for the title deeds, which will secure the property until they are received.( this normally takes 6-8 weeks)

The land registration is administered by the Tapu (deeds) office, where the current owners name will be changed to yours. For this process you will need the following:

     2 passport sized photos
     2 copies of your passport
     Your address in your home country
     A local tax number( which we will get for you)
     As with any important documentation here in Turkey, your Fathers Name.

A sworn, certified translator is a requirement by law, so that you fully understand the procedure.

After the 6-8 week period and upon receipt of your final payment, you will need to collect your deeds in person from the deeds office.

When the property has been  registered in your name, we can assist with the registration of electricity water phone line etc. if you so wish
